The park is the stage: “Le Parc c’est la scène”. During the two - week study visit to Paris, I occupied myself with the Parc André Citroën. This park gives the impression of being a very big and typical French park, very geometrical and tidy. A surreal picture really of plants with usually uncontrollable growth. The plants are like actors on a big stage. The stage is the park itself. But are the plants still real? I don’t think so. The humans have interfered with nature. The abstraction as well as the staging of the plants are central themes in this work. The same themes are reflected in my self-composed poem.
